Melissa was born and raised in Arizona and has lived throughout the state over the years. Melissa re-located to Orlando, Florida in 1999 and began her career in commercial insurance. Her and her husband spent almost seven years in Florida but after having their son in 2004 they decided to move back home to Arizona to be closer to family. Melissa continued working in the commercial insurance industry for the next eight years working her way up to an account executive position. In June of 2012 Melissa decided to make a big change and team up with Erin Moore to create The Moore-MacFerren Group. Melissa enjoys helping people achieve their home ownership dreams. She strives to provide excellent service and to design each loan specifically to her client. During her time in lending she has earned the reputation of being extremely knowledgeable and responsive with her peers and clients. In her spare time Melissa enjoys getting outdoors with her husband and two children. She enjoys reading, music, her dogs and family and friends.
