The home buying process is always said to be a very stressful, long and drawn out process. Luckily for my wife and I John made it a very smooth and efficient process. He was very clear and concise on what he needed from us. Educated us on what we should be looking at throughout the process and stayed in constant communication with us. We went through pre-approval process with him and 5 days later we had an offer ACCEPTED. He and his team then helped up close in 30 days. We were actually cleared to close before the 30 day mark. John and his team were PHENOMENAL throughout the whole process! Their efficiency made our experience very seamless! In a time of a major change like purchasing our first home there was never a moment we weren't confident that John and his team were doing right by us. THANK YOU JOHN! We literally couldnt have done this without you! We are VERY happy with our new home and the process it took to get it!
