Born and raised in New Smyrna Beach, FL. I have been in the mortgage industry for 7 years now and have had various roles ranging from processing, loan officer, and mainly production assistant. I currently assist Chris with his loans from start to finish to ensure a smooth loan process. I enjoy time with my wife, daughter, 2 dogs, and spending time on the golf course.
Tatiana Giraldo is the Marketing Director for CMG Home Loans Ormond Beach team, where she has been an integral part of the team since 2019. With a background in both real estate and mortgage lending, Tatiana brings a unique understanding of the industry and a passion for helping loan officers and real estate professionals grow their businesses. In her role, Tatiana leads the branch’s marketing, social media, events, Realtor outreach, community partnerships, and business development initiatives. She especially enjoys creating opportunities that bring local professionals together, strengthen relationships, and help CMG and its partners stand out in the community. Originally from Colombia and having also lived in England before making Florida home, Tatiana is bilingual in English and Spanish. She has called the Daytona Beach area home for 20 years and loves being involved in the local community.
I’m Susan, and I’ve been working in the mortgage industry for 12 years as a Loan Processor. I truly enjoy what I do and take pride in being the person who helps keep everything on track from application to closing. Mortgage loans can come with a lot of moving pieces, and sometimes a few surprises along the way. I’m known for being organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and willing to jump in and help find a solution when something gets complicated. I believe good communication goes a long way, and I always try to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone involved. I enjoy working with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and the entire lending team to get the job done. What I enjoy most is knowing that all the behind-the-scenes work ultimately helps someone reach an exciting goal—buying a home. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three and grandmother of two. My family means the world to me, and I love spending time with my grandchildren whenever I can. When I’m not working or making memories with them, you’ll often find me with a good book. After 12 years in the mortgage business, I’ve learned that experience matters, but so does having a positive attitude, treating people with respect, and being someone others can count on. I try to bring that same approach to everything I do, both personally and professionally.
