Jenn Ehrhardt

My name is Jenn Ehrhardt, and I have been in the mortgage business for over 20 years. I was born into the banking world as the 4th generation of a family-owned Baltimore neighborhood Savings and Loan. I have built my life in Baltimore as well, raising my three children here. I have always loved connecting with the community through helping people make sound and smart financial decisions, especially when it comes to their homes.

My passion as a mortgage advisor and lender is driven by my desire to help as many clients as possible achieve their goal of homeownership. I love tailoring solutions to each relationship based on their needs and goals. Through my experience working with and educating First-Time Homebuyers, I acquired a strength for overcoming challenges and an ability to provide a greater level of client care through the process.

My value to referral partners and clients is my care, knowledge, and competency, consistent energy, and responsiveness (including evenings/weekends).

My favorite way to work is by referral. I am excited to continue to meet and connect with new clients, working closely with their agent to incorporate a positive experience and long-lasting relationships.
