Dave is not a typical mortgage lender! his professionalism and knowledge goes more than beyond. I bought my first and second mortgage with Dave he was very patient in answering my questions and doubts. He was highly flexible with his time answering in not working hours. He resolved problems with my two mortgages very easy moving pieces like a chess game. from the beginning to the end he understood my case when he literally helped me to get the down payment and provided a functional interest rate. The closing time I just told how much money I have and he resolved it making it happen. Overall a great experience.
