Let me start by saying that Phyllis McDaniel is a masterful loan officer and possibly magical. She methodically processed our loan from start to finish and every hiccup that arose, she found a solution as if out of a hat. The loan was tricky from the beginning due to it being not our primary residence but it didn’t scare her. She simply waved her wand and made the issue disappear. We’re so lucky to have found such an experienced and talented person. She cares about her clients and we were fortunate to have her help on this journey.

I followed Phyllis to CMG when she left her previous employer-another Mortgage Lender. There are levels of competency and they begin at the top of a page.....with Phyllis-you need a longer piece of paper...as she excels them all!
