I had a fantastic experience with CMG, specifically Lawrence and his team. I was going with CCM and then pivoted to CMG, after speaking with him. Ultimately, I personally know Lawrence and trusted him and he delivered a much better outcome than CCM could. The only thing that was sour in my experience was having to purchase 2 separate Appraisals, after being told the first could transfer. But other than that, everything was perfect from start to finish- highly recommend Lawrence and CMG!

Lawrence and his team were on top of everything from start to finish. The conversation with Lawrence actually started a little under a year ago like in May or June 2024 since we were trying to get qualified for a purchase. He laid out all the different finance products and options we could try and he found the right one pretty easily from his network. Unfortunately the initial purchase attempt didn't go through but that didn't deter Lawrence's determination to help out us. We then found ourselves in a position for a new build and he provided the needed paperwork to get in line and we were literally the first buyers for the first phase of this new community we just closed on. When we got closer, Lawrence didn't have any concern around his team's ability to close but we did get pressure from the sales representative to provide information that just isn't standard at least for a national lender perspective. Maybe to them, but that didn't falter Lawrence and his team. Another notable mention is Yvonne. She was very helpful with relaying information and talking through the last bits of requirements leading to close. Lawrence not only focused on the loan portion of support but also suggested other things to potentially help out our situation. List and Lock is a great product he suggested to help with selling properties but we ultimately didn't go with it but it's a great reference for future considerations. Lawrence also helped with a refinance for my mom so I had no doubt his team could get us to close. I look forward to working with him in the future for other transactions!
