Even when I noted that I was considering a different vendor due to the rates, etc., she was pro-active in reaching out and ensuring I was comfortable with her rate/fees. Additionally, when there were some communication breakdowns between me and my realtor, DeeDee went above and beyond to intervene and get me the results needed to close on a timely basis. Without her perseverance and guidance, I'm sure our closing would have been pushed back as I was very frustrated with my realtor.
