A true OG Boise girl serving her community as a trusted mortgage lender since 1992, Kellie Allen is the founder of Legacy Lending Team and a powerhouse in the mortgage industry. A Boise State University marketing graduate, she's built her business on three core values: personal, professional, and accurate service. With over three decades of experience, Kellie has served on the Idaho Mortgage Lenders Association board and mentored countless professionals. As a proud mom to her daughter Mary-Francis (who now works alongside her) and devoted wife, she brings the same care and commitment to every client relationship that she does to her own family.
Savannah is the organizational backbone of the Legacy Lending Team with over seven years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant and trusted right hand to Kellie Allen. A Meridian native with deep Treasure Valley roots, she brings precision, reliability, and attention to detail to every transaction. Licensed in Idaho and Oregon, Savannah excels at helping clients find the perfect loan program for their homebuying goals. Outside the office, she's married to former Boise State football player Kyle Brotzman, and they're raising their 2 beautiful sons.
Mary-Francis is the creative engine behind Legacy Lending Team's marketing and social media presence. She serves as Director and Creator of all team marketing while also managing social media for the Idaho Mortgage Lenders Association. An entrepreneur at heart, she launched and continues to grow her luxury spray tan business, CocoTans, four years ago. Following in her mom Kellie Allen's footsteps, Mary-Francis is on her way to getting her mortgage license. She brings fresh, modern creativity and authentic vision to carry the legacy forward with purpose and passion.
