I shopped around a bit for mortgage loans - mainly big bank institutions. Then I was referred to Zach with CMG. Zach helped me right off the bat with suggesting lending programs I qualified for - something I'd think that the institutional mortgage lender would have known if they'd taken two minutes. Zach was local, whereas the bank got me a loan officer located in Arizona. Zach was on point with everything - the timeline, the underwriting, rewriting and redoing the numbers for a better deal on the loan. I would recommend him 100%.
