I’ve spent more than 26 years in banking, finance, and mortgage lending. Based in Las Vegas, NV, I have a commitment to delivering an exceptional, highly personalized home financing experience.
Before joining CMG, I spent nearly two decades in leadership roles with a large regional Bank, including Home Lending Leader for the Northwest, Area Retail Leader, and Mortgage Advisor. I have successfully led large, multi-state teams, and have been recognized multiple times as a top-performing manager and business leader.
My background in both retail banking and mortgage lending gives me a comprehensive view of my clients’ financial lives. I believe that a mortgage should support long-term financial goals, not just the next transaction. Whether I’m guiding a first-time homebuyer or an experienced homeowner, I focus on clear communication, education, and building lasting relationships with clients, builders, and referral partners.
