Ty and everyone involved in the closing process were super helpful given my inconvenient circumstances since I didn't have phone access most of the time. He communicated very well and always replied fast! I actually called 2 other loan officers before ty and one didn't reply back till over 24hrs later, and the other just quite frankly didn't seem like she wanted to help. Having him answer the phone, get to work, and get us pre approved in under a hour was definitely a relief.
