I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Traci Skinner and her team. Honestly, I feel like I accidentally bought a home — and I couldn’t be happier about it! I was originally preparing to move into another rental with my 13-year-old daughter because we had outgrown our small 900 sq ft place with no storage. I had even gotten as far as almost signing a new lease. A friend then told me about Chantelle, a realtor known for her negotiation skills, who connected me with Traci. From the first phone call, I told Traci I was a single mom on a single income and didn’t think I would qualify to buy in the area I wanted. She shared her own story of “accidentally” buying her first home, which gave me the courage to at least try. From that moment, she was patient, encouraging, and truly listened to all of my concerns and dreams. I had saved up money but worried it wasn’t enough. Traci reassured me, took the time to learn exactly what I needed, and within 24 hours came back with the news that I did qualify. I was stunned — and so grateful I hadn’t signed that rental contract. Over the next few months, Chantelle showed me countless homes, really getting to know me and my daughter’s needs. It was important to me that my daughter could stay in her school and that we stayed close to our community, and Chantelle never lost sight of that. Even when I went on a 29-day trip to Europe, Chantelle, Traci and her team kept everything moving forward seamlessly. During my very first week abroad, I found my dream home. Without even stepping inside in person, I trusted Chantelle, Traci and her team — they walked me through every detail, made sure I understood everything, and confirmed that all my boxes were checked. They went above and beyond, keeping constant communication, sending both emails and texts to make sure I didn’t miss anything time-sensitive. Traci fought hard for my interest rate and managed to get my payment even lower than we expected. By the end of the process, I truly felt like we were family. She called whenever I got nervous, always reassuring me and making sure I felt supported. Now, my daughter and I are moving in a home I never thought would be possible for us. It feels like a dream come true, and I know I couldn’t have done it without Chantelle, Traci and her amazing team. I will forever be grateful for their dedication, kindness, and strength. They didn’t just help me buy a house — they gave me and my daughter a place to call home.
