Fanatastic service. Tom walked me the all-in-one loan product explaining the unique loan, which is a vast improvement over conventional loans. Cutting the cost of the overall loan and the number of years that I’ll be paying. Tom if answered my calls on weekends and even on his vacation! I felt he had my best interest at heart and not just selling a product. I happy with the all-in-one loan. It showed its benefits when I was doing my taxes an had to address capital gains for the first time. This loan allows me to cover the cost of the taxes while keeping my monthly payment low and not have to go through the headache and cost of a heloc of other loan.
