I wound up checking back in with Tim after some issues with my prior lender and found he was actually able to get me a better rate. I was concerned about swapping lenders since I was already in the escrow process but Tim assured me that he could keep to my initial (and very quick) timeline and asked me to trust him. I am so glad I did. He managed to not only get me that lower rate, he also saved me thousands on closing costs and moved much faster on everything than my initial lender had & made my promised timeline happen. I also loved that Tim was always available to help when I had a question or concerns popped up - and since this was my first time, I had a ton! Overall, he was really great & just a nice, pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend Tim with CMG.

Tim was able to get the best terms of any lender that I personally compared & even wound up knocking my closing costs down a bit more than I expected.
