My experience with CMG Home Loans was a mix of exceptional service and frustrating communication. Quiana Petry was truly phenomenal from the very beginning. She started my homebuying journey while I was still in California and was consistently responsive, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping me become a homeowner. Whenever I had questions or concerns, Quiana made herself available and took the time to explain the process so I never felt like I was navigating it alone. Even when I decided to relocate to Texas, she made sure I was taken care of by personally referring me to Tami Greene and helping make the transition as smooth as possible. Her level of service exceeded my expectations. Tami Greene was absolutely amazing throughout my Texas home-buying process. She was responsive, reassuring, knowledgeable, and did everything she could to keep me informed and get my loan to the finish line. She heard me out with each one of my concerns regarding the communication from Connie and she spoke up for me. Without Tami and Quiana, I’m not sure I would have gotten a home. Unfortunately, my experience with loan processor Connie Soriano was the complete opposite. Communication was extremely poor, requested information was not provided, and issues during processing contributed to delays in my closing. What should have been an exciting final stage became unnecessarily stressful for my family and me. Quiana and Tami are truly the reason I can still speak positively about my overall experience with CMG.
