I don’t write reviews often, but Sean absolutely deserves one. Sean helped me secure the loan that allowed me to purchase SaltWood Bluff, my grandparents’ former home and a property that has always meant a tremendous amount to me personally. What stood out was not just persistence, but creativity. After what felt like a year and a half of searching, dead ends, and traditional paths not working, Sean found a way to structure and navigate the financing when others couldn’t. That loan became the foundation for much of what I’ve built since. I now operate multiple high-end vacation rental properties, but beyond the business side, Sean helped me preserve a place that carries deep family history and personal meaning for me. If you’re looking for someone who is resourceful, determined, and willing to think beyond the standard mortgage-box approach, I can say from personal experience that Sean is exceptional at what he does.
