Sean Stanfield and his team were terrific to work with from the loan application process all the way through to the closing. He is very competent, great to work with, and an excellent communicator - as are the rest of his team members. Sean also worked in lock step with our realtor to ensure that our loan fit our specific needs. We required a 14-day closing which was aggressive, but Sean and his team made certain that closing occurred well before the 14 day deadline!
