I started with Samantha when she was at Homestreet bank, then when she switched over to CMG, she made the transition seamless for me as her client. I had a tough time finding a home because I was at the lowest price range of buyers, so a lot of times sellers would pick investors' cash offers over mine. We looked for 9 months. She was very patient with me and still optimistic through it all. Samantha gave me tips/options on making my loan more affordable as a first-time home buyer. She showed me different loan grants and downpayment assistance programs. Now I own my first home at age 27 (a fairly big house, might I add)."
