Ryan @ CMG was our 3rd loan company after the service at the other two was below average. I will always recommend Ryan to anyone buying a house in TN!

Ryan made the paperwork process for buying a house easy and straight forward. He kept us up to date on everything that was happening and made sure everything stayed on track so we could close on time. He was nice enough to make himself available after normal business hours since we were doing everything from a different state and time zone. we appreciated his patience and support through the whole process.

It wasn’t that easy to get a mortgage for us because of the way we are making our income until we came across CMG and Ryan Nevens and he made it possible. Thank you so much Ryan you’re the best.

Ryan might be the best officer you guys have! You are lucky to have him. We have had numerous questions and hiccups and Ryan was the nicest most informative person. He always goes above and beyond. I will recommend Ryan to everyone I know, even my realtor was so impressed and asked for his contact information to recommend to people!
