This was my first time applying for a mortgage. I feel the experience was smooth and successful. I did feel a little confused with the amount of staff communicating with me and sometimes felt unsure of where to direct my questions. Overall I liked having a safe portal to send documents. I felt more comfortable about the process when Ryan was available to speak over the phone to better explain things. I would definitely recommend Ryan and CMG to my friends.
