I had such a great experience working with Rob and his entire team throughout my home-buying process! As a first-time homebuyer, you hear so many horror stories about how stressful and overwhelming the mortgage process can be, but that genuinely was not my experience at all. Rob was always incredibly responsive. I knew that if I texted him with a question, I was going to get an answer or a phone call explaining everything to me. I never felt like I was left wondering what was going on or trying to figure things out on my own. His team was just as great — they were very clear about what they needed from me, kept everything moving, and were always quick to respond whenever I had questions. I also truly feel like I got a great deal, which I am incredibly grateful for, and I know Rob and his team worked hard to make that happen for me. What I appreciated most was feeling like I actually understood the process and the loan I was getting rather than just signing paperwork and hoping for the best. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases and financial decisions you can make, so having a lender you trust and feel comfortable reaching out to is extremely important. Even after closing, I know that if I have a question, I can reach out to Rob or his team and they will help me understand it. That peace of mind means a lot. I’m so grateful to Rob and his entire team for making my first home purchase such a smooth and positive experience.
