Rob Bassett and his team were incredible. Early on when I needed to get him documents on W-2s etc. 1040s raw battery drive over from Towson Ellicott city where I live to pick up a documents. I know he says that’s no big deal but not everyone would do that. Always communicating trying to explain things enough more easily manner so that I could understand.
