For whoever reads this, I want to be extremely clear that Ravi is incredible. Knowledgeable, reasonable, understanding, flexible and, to me, most importantly honest. Whatever positive superlative you might want to use, it likely applies to Ravi Not every lender is the same and not every experience of the same. Ravi helped with an incredibly frustrating experience and was clear of the situation, the options and explained everything in a way that was both technical and easy to understand. In my opinion, he was more than happy to take the time to understand the situation and provide options that suit a client's needs. At no point did I ever get the impression he was trying to be convincing to get a commission. All the while he was extremely diligent and clear in his communication. If You're a homeowner/looking to buy/refinance or whatever you should use Ravi. Period. Don't waste your time trying to figure out who's the best or who's gonna get the best rate. Some of the advice new buyers are given is outdated. Ravi has all, or at least the overwhelming majority, of resources available to get you the best mortgage. Don't mess up your credit going to all the different online brokers and having them run credit reports and spam call you every 20 minutes. It's just not worth it. If something was a bad deal for you or you're spending too much, Ravi would tell you and BELIEVE ME not everyone will do that. CMG executives: you have an incredible asset in Ravi. If you didn't and there was something to improve, I would say so. If there's any professional development requirements or anything like that for how to work with clients, in my opinion Ravi should be leading them.
