Patrick Arledge – Vice President, Area Manager
A proud New York native, Patrick has called Tampa home for over 35 years. With more than 25 years in the mortgage and finance industry, he has consistently ranked in the top 1% of mortgage originators nationwide. A US Army veteran and community advocate, Patrick is known for going above and beyond to help clients find the right loan for their needs. He’s also deeply involved with organizations such as Disabled American Veterans, A Kid’s Place, and Noah’s Light Foundation. When he’s not leading the Tampa branch or serving his clients, you’ll find him golfing, boating, coaching soccer, or spending time with his twins, Patrick and Payton, and wife Malisa.

Colleen – Production Assistant
With an impressive 47 years in the mortgage industry, Colleen is the backbone of operations. Her extensive experience—ranging from post-closing to processing—ensures every client receives a smooth and knowledgeable experience. A 14-year member of The Arledge Team, Colleen is passionate about service and detail. Off the clock, she enjoys family time and relaxing with her favorite Korean dramas and rom-coms.
