Our secret? We conduct thorough, personalized Strategy Sessions with each individual. During these sessions, we dive right into their current needs, upcoming events, and various scenarios such as purchasing a home, relocating, or family dynamics.

Ozell boasts an impressive four decades of experience, while Julie has dedicated over 30 years to making homeownership dreams come true for so many clients. In addition to our vast experience, we hold several certifications to further ensure the quality of our services in addition to our traditional loan programs:

• We are both certified as Renovations and Construction-to-Permanent professionals.
• Ozell specializes as a Reverse Mortgage Specialist, and Julie is a certified Reverse Mortgage Ambassador.
• Ozell is also a certified financial coach with the State of WA, and Julie teaches homebuyer education with the WA State Bond program.

But it's not just about certifications; we're genuinely passionate about homeownership and promoting equality. Our family includes two adult children, aged 23 and 26, along with two cats for added amusement. Astrologically speaking, Julie is a Sagittarius, and Ozell is a Capricorn. Remarkably, we've been a couple since 1989, and we are both still very much alive to tell the tale, LOL.
