This will be the third house that I have purchased in my life. I can tell you first hand that this time around has been the easiest loan process out of all of the others. From the beginning to the end, Nikki Money was most helpful with all of my questions and concerns. Not only did she respond in a timely manner to our concerns. She was very thorough in explaining all the numbers and terminology that were foreign to us. Her process and procedures helped us both understand what we were looking at each time.
