Nikkel is AMAZING !!! I needed to refi my mom's house to do some needed repairs. Not only did she offer alternative ways to handle our needs. She got the loan very quickly. When I wanted to combine all the extras into one, she made it happen. She knows her business and is a dream to work with. I always recommend her to family and friends when I can.

This is my 2nd new (for me) home with Churchill. I'm pleased to see that the standards have not lax'd. I periodically hear from Heather and expect to hear from Nikkel in the future as well. Nikkel was wonderful to work with. She kept me updated thru out the process and gave me a heads up if I needed to look out for an email, provide additional documentation, etc. She cheered me on both with purchasing the new house and while selling the old. Thank you!!

We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Nikkel. From our very first conversation, she took the time to really listen to us and understand our needs, guiding us through what can be a scary and overwhelming loan process. She was incredibly responsive, patient with all of our questions, and always made sure we felt informed and supported every step of the way. What made our experience even more exceptional was how she handled every detail with care and professionalism. Throughout the process, we were sharing a great deal of personal information, and we always felt that our confidentiality was respected and protected. Nikell was consistently available to talk, helping to keep us focused and reassured whenever we felt anxious about the approval process. Throughout the entire experience, we felt that Nikkel genuinely cared about us and our success. She made us feel confident and secure, acting as both a patient guide and a strong advocate on our behalf. Her personal approach, politeness, and dedication turned what could have been a stressful experience into something seamless and manageable. We are incredibly grateful to Nikkel for making such an important process so positive. We would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a financial loan officer who is responsive, trustworthy, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients.

Nikkel went above and beyond to help us secure the funding for our mortgage. She spoke to the agent to help seal the deal for us to get our dream home. She explained things very well to us, including possibilities and options for our loan. As we were first-time home buyers, there was a lot of new information for us. She was patient and kind in explaining terminology and this helped us immensely to understand our mortgage and the process for getting a new home. We are so grateful and appreciative of her expertise, knowledge and dedication to provide outstanding customer service!

Nikkel did an exceptional job with my refinance. She exceeded my expectations. She kept me informed, answered any questions I had, guided me thru the process, all in a timely manner. She worked hard to ensure that my loan closed before she left for vacation. I really appreciate Nikkel's dedication to her clients. I will refer her to anyone I know looking to refinance a home.

It was a pleasure working with Nikkel. She was pleasant, passionate, always upbeat and easy to work with. As first time homebuyers she did a great job explaining the financing process and worked hard to make sure we got the best financing possible. We appreciated that she answered our emails and texts in a timely manner.
