I really appreciated Nicole's willingness to walk us through multiple scenarios and explain what the different options were while we were negotiating on our offer and deciding what we wanted our loan to look like. I was also impressed with how quickly our loan application was processed and finalized. My only feedback is that it would have been nice to receive more direct updates throughout the process to understand what was happening behind the scenes. There were a few times where we felt a little bit "in the dark" because we were told we would receive an update and then never heard anything until we asked or followed up on our own. (for example: told we might receive an appraisal waiver but didn't receive confirmation until we asked.)
