After moving from Oklahoma to Nevada in 2003, Nathan established himself as a trusted resource for buyers, sellers, and homeowners throughout Las Vegas and Northern Nevada. His background as both a licensed mortgage loan officer and seasoned real estate professional provides clients with a strategic advantage — offering insight into both the financing and real estate sides of the transaction.
Nathan and his wife, Rachael, work together to create a client experience centered around communication, education, and long-term relationship building. I have been in the mortgage business since 2004. I was born in Oklahoma but lived in Las Vegas since 2003. I currently reside in Las Vegas and travel back and forth between Las Vegas & Reno. I attended High School in Henryetta, OK and went to college at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK. I am licensed as both a real estate agent and a loan officer, with 22 years’ experience as a real estate agent. I am a member of the Las Vegas Association of Realtors. I have a wife and 4 kids. We love to hike, camp, fish and play ping pong. I am a big fan of basketball, pizza & Taco Bell!
