Michelle, Bobbi, Daniel and the rest of the team were very helpful and informative and great guides in the home buying experience. All this was clearly new to us and we had anxiety as much as we were excited about buying a home. She gave us great outline about what we needed to financially take care of and plan for with regards to our debts and predicted mortgage etc payments. This made it so that we can mentally prepare for what would be immediately paying through the house buying process, what the seller would cover, and what type of mortgage payments and fees we would be paying. She took time to call us and go step by step with the process and detail what steps were to come next at several points of process.
