Interaction with Michael was excellent. His knowledge of the product and the process was excellent. However, communication about requirements and process status updates could be better. The process of selling and buying a home is very stressful. you have to balance your job's workload, selling of the old house and buying of the new house. Keeping up with all the details is very difficult to do. More frequent process status updates would be beneficial. When a document is sent, acknowledgement of receipt and confirmation that it is the correct document requested is very important. Remember that not everyone is familiar with the process of buying a home, and the terms used need to be simple enough that anyone with any background can understand. I got frustrated at times because I did not understand what I was asked to provide. I am not sure if this was done but, an email in the beginning of the process with an explanation of the steps and all the names of the people that is going to be involved would be very helpful. Overall, the people were excellent to work with.
