My journey in lending began back in 2005, and as a 22-year Las Vegas local, I'm completely invested in our community. My greatest passion is making homeownership accessible and profitable: it’s about maximizing savings so first-time homebuyers and seasoned investors alike can grow into financially successful property owners. My son, Andrew, looks up to me, and that continuous inspiration is why I always strive to lead with absolute integrity. This dedication to integrity has earned me recognition from the prestigious Scotsman Guide. I leverage my role as a true Professor of Mortgage to teach valuable classes. This deep guidance ensures every client gets the best deal. I bring expertise across all major programs, from VA loans and FHA to specialized tools like DPA, Reverse Mortgages, and HELOCs. I’m honored to be a dedicated VA Specialist and have helped provide financing for Union workers. More than anything, I see my role as building genuine partnerships. I work closely with small-to-medium builders to secure vital forward commitments, which gives them real market leverage, and I help sellers move homes fast and efficiently using our lock-and-list program. Their R.I.S.E. program (Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment), builds specially adapted smart homes for America’s most severely wounded defenders, veterans, and first responders.

The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.

The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
