Megan Culver

I’m a South Dakota native, born in Sioux Falls and raised on a farm near Dell Rapids. After 11 years in the Minneapolis metro, my family and I returned home in 2020 and now live in Spearfish near beautiful Spearfish Canyon.

I bring 15 years of experience in insurance and financial services, with a career built around entrepreneurship, sales, and helping clients make confident financial decisions. As a former insurance agency owner, I worked closely with loan officers and processors, giving me valuable insight into the home financing process before beginning my career in mortgage lending.

Community involvement has always been important to me, from supporting teachers through DonorsChoose and Bike Cops for Kids to supporting youth hockey here in South Dakota.

My husband, David, and I have two children, Carson and Lyjona. When we’re not traveling for hockey, we enjoy camping, hiking, hunting, paddleboarding, and exploring the Black Hills.
