For Maureen, the mortgage process is about much more than closing a loan. From first-time homebuyers to seasoned homeowners, Maureen takes pride in helping clients understand their options and feel confident every step of the way.
Before joining CMG Home Loans, Maureen served as a Senior Mortgage Advisor at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, where she built a strong reputation for exceptional client service and industry expertise. Her team consistently delivered outstanding results and achieved Chairman’s Club Team Sales Status for three consecutive years.
Earlier in her career, Maureen spent more than three decades with MassHousing, where she played an instrumental role in expanding access to homeownership across Massachusetts. As a Business Development Officer and Relationship Manager, she partnered with lenders, nonprofits, and community organizations to connect buyers with affordable mortgage programs and down payment assistance opportunities.
Education and mentorship are central to Maureen’s approach. She regularly hosts workshops and training sessions for homebuyers and industry partners, sharing valuable insights on mortgage programs, first-time buyer options, and strategies for building financial stability through homeownership.
Maureen holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Curry College and is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker, NMLS license holder, and Notary Public. She serves as a Director on the Board of the Massachusetts Mortgage Bankers Foundation and is an active member of the South Shore Realtors® Member Engagement Committee, along with involvement in several other local business and community organizations.
