At every twist and turn of my refinance experience I received excellent communication and updates. In addition, if I had any questions or concerns throughout the process they were addressed. Plus I received my answers in a timely manner. Also, if I had any queries with regard to meeting any deadlines throughout the refinance process, Marc would speak with the treasury department, payoff department or the underwriting department if it had anything to do with my dead line date of my loan modification.
