I was born in Wenatchee, Washington, and raised on a wheat farm near Mansfield, a small town in central Washington. Today, I live in Estes Park, Colorado, just outside Rocky Mountain National Park, with my wife, Tamara, of 26 years. We have three children: Abby, David, and Nick, whom we foster-adopted at age 13.
I hold a B.S. in Accounting from Central Washington University and an M.A. in Youth & Family Ministry from Denver Seminary, where I graduated with honors. I am currently in my 29th year in the mortgage industry and have built my career on helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals. Over the course of my career, I have been honored to receive the Five Star Mortgage Professional Award 16 times, reflecting my commitment to exceptional client service and professional excellence.
I am active in several Realtor and business associations and support a number of charitable organizations serving refugees, veterans, youth, and families. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, photography, cars, and spending time in the mountains. My favorite getaway is Loreto, Mexico, and you'll often find me cheering for the Gonzaga Bulldogs men's basketball with a great glass of Cabernet nearby.
