Kory, Bill, and the CMG team were by far the best loan officer/company we could have used. We highly recommend them and have already recommended them to multiple people. My friend recently refinanced with them and is saving $1k a month. Her previous lender had no idea how her refinance rate was so good. My boyfriend and I were first time home buyers looking for a starter property to live in for a few years that could be used as a rental property in the future. We were shopping around for lenders (we were looking for the best deal/fit) and already met with three loan officers, but our realtor recommended Kory so we decided to meet with him too. When we met with Kory, he was very accommodating with our schedules, quick to schedule a call since we were actively looking for a property, and he was incredibly well informed. Kory seemed most interested in helping us achieve our goals and it did not feel like he was trying to sell himself or his services. Kory helped us figure out the best plan that worked for our budget and he even suggested things we didn't know about such as an ARM loan and a 2:1 buy down. The first meet with Kory really opened our eyes up to what we could do with our finances and the financial aspect of the home buying process. Also, the thing to note is he did all of this for us BEFORE we decided to work with him. We decided to use Kory and his team for our loan because it seemed like Kory would always have our best interest in mind. The loan process itself was filled with a lot of paper work, but his entire team was friendly and always willing to answer questions.
