Joe has been in the mortgage industry since 2004. He has never met a loan or a family that have had the exact same goals and dreams, and his passion is to help them build a financial foundation and a Loan Strategy for achieving their specific goals.
Joe was born in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born on a Sunday, and he was at work by Thursday. He wakes up every morning with one thought in mind: ‘What am I solving today in my business that really matters to the clients and partners I serve?’
Joe believes that a Mortgage is not simply a debt, rather an investment tool that must fit into the overall short- and long-term payment and equity building objectives of every unique situation. It is only through thousands of conversations with thousands of families that he can have a true sense of what any one borrower needs from their mortgage professional to achieve their financial goals.
Experience can only go so far, unless there is a sincere desire to help as many families as he can, and help those families make the next right decision regarding the largest asset they will ever own. Joe does things a little differently than most Mortgage Loan Officers. He goes above and beyond the responsibility of simply funding your next Mortgage. Joe received his education with a BA in Political Science/Sociology at the University of New Mexico. He has been a 2017-2018 Board Member for the San Diego Children’s Museum, and a Todd Duncan Master Class Elite Member 2013-2014. He has also been an Event Spokesman MBA San Diego in 2013. He has two Daughters – Sydney (24 yrs old) and Sophie (19 yrs old). He is also an avid skier and a Certified Ski Instructor, hiker, and a 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher.
