I was connected with Jimmy through a mutual friend I was expressing my frustration about getting a house. She actually gave me 3 of the people she believe could help. However, after speaking with Jimmy I decided right away I wanted to keep working with him. He was very forthcoming, telling you what he can and could not do. But most of all he had this positive aura that kind of made me feel like, I got this. This home is already mine but I just have to go through the process. And it was that, It wasn't without it back and forth of sending the crazy paperwork but I felt like I could do it. His team when they got to their part was also on point. Patti was very patient and calm OMG. She was so patient and had this very quietness and calmness over the phone that I wondered if she was hearing me for a minute. But she however was indeed, She answered every questions where I didn't have to asks them twice. I was like oh she heard me, lol. Anyway, I can go on and on. But Jimmy his patience was remarkable. He was able to remain professional at all times despite when I got a bit rambunctious. Everything worked out and they did not disappoint. I was able to closed rather promptly from my view point. I would definitely do it again with that team if I could. But for now I will definitely tell others about them. Thank you, Jimmy, Patti and everyone else involved@CMG mortgage.
