After extending our option period and changing our closing date three times, we finally found out that we would have a house at the end of it on Day 47 under contract. We were clear to close earlier, but the issues stemmed from the sellers and listing agent that seemingly were always on a wilderness trek or on a remote island with no means of contacting civilization. I was locked in with a different lender, but as our closing date approached I was receiving very minimal updates and unnecessary delays from that lender that were threatening my closing date and making the seller nervous! I connected with Jeremy and after reviewing the details of our home purchase he provided reassurance and a clear explanation of the situation from a lenders perspective. Without applying any pressure on me to swap lenders he did explain how he felt his team could help get the deal done. After a few days I elected to use CMG mortgage and Jeremy as our lender.
