She helped us regroup immediately, kept our financing on track, and worked closely with us every step of the way until we closed on our current home. Our situation wasn't simple, and Jennifer handled all of it with patience and clarity, explaining each step in terms we could actually understand and never once making us feel like a burden, even when we had a lot of questions along the way. What stood out most was that Jennifer felt like a true advocate for us, not just someone processing paperwork. She was responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in getting us to a good outcome, even when the path there wasn't straightforward. We couldn't have asked for a better loan officer, and we're incredibly grateful for everything she did to get us into our home.
