We were kept up-to-date during the entire process. We received good explanations and the time it took to answer answer our questions. I was somewhat confused by the offer of $2000 to use however we wished. I didn't realize at first that these funds were offered in lieu of "free" closing costs, which we had received in the refinancing of our home in Wisconsin. Jennifer cleared up my misunderstanding very nicely. Now that we have gone through this process and we have familiarized ourselves with the CMG website it would be convenient for us if our loan was not sold to another lending institution.
