I cant say enough about Jenn. She was incredible to work with, very informative, and she actually cared about ME and MY needs. Any questions I had she could answer. She was very prompt with her responses, and always was willing to help me. Even after the process after closing the house she is still there for me. You never feel like your being a nag to her, and working with her I was able to close a house in under 30 days. She was incredibly helpful and she goes above and beyond her job to make sure everything gets done the right way. I can't thank her enough for doing such a great job. I went into the home buying process scared because of stories family members told me about how bad their lenders were and how much of a hassle they were and just an all around bad experience. I kept waiting for that moment with my lender, and it never happened. It seemed to be so easy and smooth through the ENTIRE process. Jenn Stonehouse is one of the nicest people. I highly recommend Jenn, she knows what shes doing, and she has many resources, starting with relator recommendations. It was funny when I looked into home owners insurance the woman I was working with actually knew Jenn and spoke wonders of her. It is great to feel like you are in good hands and not having to worry about anything. Jenn got me a great interest rate, and worked with me to work up all quotes that I wanted even though I knew I was being a pain, but she never once complained she was always willing to get me anything I wanted to see. She defiantly makes you feel like your her top priority. She is so knowledgeable, I was super impressed with how much she knew and how detailed with information she could get. She impressed the realtor and the title company, she knew more the the title company, and it was funny to see. Everyone commented on how low an interest rate I got and It was great to see people in awh of her as much as I was. Thank you Jenn I honestly couldn't have done it without you. :)
