Jake Danielson

Originally from Minneapolis and raised in West Fargo, I’m proud to now call Fargo home. I attended Rasmussen University, where I earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice. I was in the Marine Corps, served in the infantry and I am a Combat vet of the war in Afghanistan. My other deployment was on a MEU on the USS Bataan LHD 5. I was stationed in Camp Lejeune, NC. My diverse professional background includes experience in law enforcement, sales, automotive mechanics, and basement repair—careers that have taught me the importance of hard work, attention to detail, problem-solving, and, most importantly, building trust with the people I serve. Today, I bring that same commitment and work ethic to the mortgage industry. I understand that purchasing a home is one of the biggest financial decisions a person or family can make, and I strive to make the mortgage process as smooth, transparent, and personalized as possible. My goal is to help clients feel confident and informed from application to closing while finding a financing solution that fits their unique needs and goals. Outside of work, I enjoy giving back to my community and staying involved in the hockey world. I volunteer as a hockey coach and am a proud member of the North Dakota Warriors, a veteran hockey team. My wife and I are blessed with two boys, and much of our free time is spent enjoying family, hockey, the outdoors, and time at the lake. I also enjoy hunting and cheering on my favorite teams—the Minnesota Wild, Minnesota Vikings, and UND Fighting Hawks Hockey. Whether I’m helping a family pursue homeownership, coaching on the ice, or spending time with my family, I believe in showing up, working hard, and doing things the right way.

The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.

The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
