Jackie answered all my questions and helped me make an informed decision of when to lock in my rate (which happened to be during a super turbulent time for rates, so if I'd waited a day or two it would have cost me a lot). My real estate agent told me she'd never worked with a lender that would actually call a seller to advocate for their client - Jackie said this was routine for her. I would not hesitate to work with Jackie again, and will recommend her to anyone I know needing to buy in Idaho or MT.

Mrs. Scotch and her team are efficient communicators and in my second home purchase/refinance with Evergreen, their requests for information were specific and succinct while still exceptionally courteous. Compared to purchasing my first home with another lender, there was about 80% fewer emails exchanged, as Jaclyn and her team knew exactly what they needed and when. Even when coordinating some particular details, it was clear the experience of Jaclyn and her team far exceeded that required for my situation. We closed on time despite my difficult schedule, which they accomodated with ease, including coordinating our signing with a title company I trust and have used before.
