As first time homebuyers we were throughly impressed with Isaac's knowledge and communication. We started our mortgage journey with M&T Bank but the LO seemed disconnected. We were referred to Isaac who we quickly realized was always ready and willing to communicate with us every step of the way. No question was too simple or ignored. He responded to us almost immediately even after hours. We did not have a large down payment but he worked with us to achieve our dream. I will recommend him to friends and colleagues without reservation!! Our closing was marred by an incredibly late and rude bank attorney but Isaac was able to get us back on track. Even after closing he let us know that he would be available to explain next steps and would not leave us hanging. His professionalism was very much appreciated throughout the whole mortgage process. Our family will be forever grateful to him for guiding us on our path to homeownership!
