Iris was the only loan officer that actually took the time to review my application and let me know what I needed to work on to get approved. She never gave up on me. She believed in me and she really shown concern for me and my children. She understood my current situation and she made sure she wasn't going to leave me in my situation and she was going to get me approved. That she did. She was always available when I called and it was always easy talking to her. I felt like I've been knowing her forever because she shown care for me that my own family never showed.
