Growing up as a military brat has shaped her deep appreciation for the meaning of “home.” As an adult, she chose to plant her roots in University Place, where she now lives, works, and serves her community with passion.

Heather has been married for 25 years to her Husband who is also in the industry as an appraiser. She is also a proud mama of three incredible daughters — and now a thrilled Nonna to one perfect grandbaby. Family is everything to her, and that same care and protection she gives her own family is what she brings to her clients.
Giving back is a huge part of her life and business. Heather regularly donates to local schools and charities, and each year hosts a March Madness bracket competition where the winner gets to choose a charity to receive $500 donation. She even donated a kidney — because she truly believes if you’re able to help, you should.
