Hamid is a wonderful mortgage lender. First, he is extremely patient. It was my first time buying a house and I'm not from the US, so there was so much for me to learn about the process — even basic things related to what things are called. He was always helpful and ready to answer my questions. I can't tell how many times I asked him to make small changes in the pre-approval to give us a sense of how much we would pay, including property taxes, interest rates, and so on. He was also always available and quick to respond to my messages. In my case, we had to move relatively quickly. In order to make our offer more competitive (we had five other contenders) we promised a quick closing date. From the day we learned that we got the house to the closing date, we had just 14 days. The team working with Hamid was fantastic. They were on top of everything, always taking my calls and explaining every part of the process. We managed to do everything within the required time very smoothly. I was impressed by the professionalism of the team. Also, Hamid is such a nice guy! It was always fun to talk and learn about the details of the mortgage with him. I would also mention his partner, Ellen, who is amazing. I am very grateful for their work.

It was a pleasure to work with Hamid as he is both personable and professional. Don't hire anyone else. Hamid is fantastic and you will get the best rates available! He was also very responsive all along the way and made getting all the information the banks need these days almost painless. We would definitely use Hamid again and recommend him highly.
