He keep me informed every step of the way. 2. He was very polite and understood how to work with an elderly person as I am 79 years old. 3. He was patient and very detailed in explaining what he needed from me every step of the way in the process 4. I am a very detailed oriented person and he responded accordingly. 5. As I am a former teacher of 32 years, I probably had more questions than most clients, but he never wavered in his patience to walk me through the process in a polite and respectful demeanor. Honestly, Greg Runyon does an impeccable job, and it makes me wonder if he would be best suited as a trainer for staff as he does an amazing job.
